Backache
December 9, 2008I am experiencing one. It could be because of the cold weather (gosh, I am getting old). It could be because I painted the whole day (a sure back breaker, I don’t want to mix the same color again on a different day). It could be because I did pilates after two months ( another sure back breaker because more warm-up exercises are needed). Serves me right, I am abusing my body.
